This workshop explores the fragment as both a poetic form and technique. We will look at ancient and contemporary poems that use fragments and fragmentation to resist certainty, completion, and closure. Through guided creative activities, we will experiment with the possibilities offered by rupture, negative space, and silence in our own poems.
